About Us
Founded to expand access to diplomacy and global politics, the Sacramento Valley Model United Nations organization serves as a local way for students in the region to engage in cost effective, local competitive dialogue. Entirely student-led and supported by the volunteers of college/university Model UN club members, we provide opportunities for youth to engage in global affairs, strengthen their skills in public speaking, and grow into thoughtful, informed leaders.

Conferences
For engaging debate and dialogue!
The goal of Sacramento Valley MUNC is to bring accessibility and affordability to those in the Sacramento region looking to participate in Model UN Conferences, but can't afford hour long travel rides or large entry fees for clubs. Through this, we host conferences locally at high school gymnasiums and event halls under the supervision of college and university level Model UN communities, bringing a valuable experience to all interested. Information on upcoming conferences can be seen on our events page!
Club Creation Guide
For any beginner!
Knowing that the Model UN community within Sacramento is still growing, our website provides guides for those looking to start their own club within their school, providing templates, video guides, and slideshows! More information on this can be found on our resources page!
Workshops
For interactive assistance!
Our organization is open to hosting in-person and online workshops for those looking for outside ways to get initiated to Model UN and to understand its processes! Information on this will be posted to our social medias!
